    There is a ‘vault birth certificate’ that would clarify the matter but Obama does not want to publish it.

    The certificate provided by Obama is not a fake according to Hawaii and that is not the issue.

    The issue is that Obama could be ‘legally’ a citizen of Hawaii and at the same time not being a ‘natural born citizen’ because Hawaii allowed for foreign born children to be registered as Hawaii born.

    There is a ‘vault birth certificate’ that would clarify the matter but Obama does not want to publish it.
