  • @ 7:37, Lobelia. typo. huh.

In the second paragraph you spelled: Violent pains/plans?

You meant:` violent plants, or violet pansy.` As in viola.

    A deep rich colorful flowers.

I wish you'd bumped in me.

    Fort Meade, Kimbrough Hospital.

    I was really 'touched' @ 9:34AM.

What he say: a love tap, ay!`True.

I peace ain't always within people.

    self-arrogant, and ugh dull spirit.

Lotus Feet pokes haters, who lies.

Peace and Safety? O, Sudden Woe!

Lobelia, you ever go see violet L's?

Flowers to show the N.S. Canada's?

Lobelia bloom wild along the seas.

  • No, Juan E., this is about blaming the media for what we choose to believe

By the way, I'm gratified to know you wish the President-elect well. It's a favor to all of us, since it's in the best interest of us all. However, when one attempts to discredit a person one is wishing well, it somehow rings a terribly hollow and discordant note.

Obama has not been discussed by the media? How'd he get all the undeserved media attention without being discussed? Enlighten me.

"Farrakhan is he not a friend of Wright?" No, actually he is not. This is something about which I know a little. Your chain of evidence is broken right there. Wright chose to honor Farrakhan for the (precious little) good he has done. They aren't "buds." They don't hang out together. But even if they did, what, in the name of all that's good and holy, does that have to do with anything? Well, other than drawing one of those screwy connect-the-dots pictures of evil, which is never sufficiently covered in the media no matter who's involved. Which is why we need to learn to become informed on our own, do our own research, and not depend so much on what Will Rogers warned us about, that business about "All I know is what I read in the papers." I never did like Will Rogers much, and that's the main reason.

    Your turn.

  • Shame-Is Charles Manson next on the list?

Salon, Shapiro and all the slime balls who see this as a positive interview make me sick. The voices of the American dead killed by this unrepentant terrorist and his wife (another terrorist) are still crying out. It is hard to fathom how any half intelligent person having a heart can actually make a positive comment about this interview. It is really mind numbing.

It is one thing for someone to make amends for the crimes that were done but this man and his wife have never made amends. Still to this day and in this interview they are holding the same line about their dirty deeds. With every ounce of their being they would do whatever had to be done about the Vietnam war. Why not Iraq then? That is not our war either and they know it if they use the same standards. So, maybe we should be watching them?

What a job Salon is trying to do on friends of Obama. I guess that Rev. Wright will be interviewed next and his hate for America will be a result of the injustice of naming the US after Americo instead of after Columbus? Why not? It is just as good as the white washing that Salon is doing with Ayers. But, what can one expect. Osama is no longer Osama bin Laden. Now he is Usama bin Laden. We have already started to change history. To the victor go the spoils and to future generations go the lies.

But while you smug folks pat yourself on the back I for one will no longer be reading Salon. Shapiro, sorry that I will not be there for the transformation of Manson. I know, good riddance. (How do you people sleep at night? Can you spell conscience? ) This has nothing to do with politics!

  • Lotus Feet.

  • I hope and wish Obama well because nothing is impossible for the Grace of God.

    AJCalhoun said:

“However, when one attempts to discredit a person one is wishing well, it somehow rings a terribly hollow and discordant note”.

Oh by wishing Obama well I mean that I hope he will realize how wrong he is and not do the militia thing, among others, and that his advisers have the common sense to advise him well. And I hope because nothing is impossible for the Grace of God.

“Obama has not been discussed by the media? How'd he get all the undeserved media attention without being discussed? Enlighten me.”

Have you seen the reports about how the media covered Obama, in other words ratio of positive to negative stories? By the Washington Post ombudsman for example?

"Farrakhan is he not a friend of Wright?" No, actually he is not.

I meant ‘ideological’ friendship and affinity and not a ‘drinking beer together’ type of friendship.
