Lucky Cat must own a big business

I've been a union member many times. The reason the American people are 'prostrate' economically is because they have no organized clout. And that is because the unions have been undermined by both parties and the courts. Business is highly organized, has the main stream media on their side, and has very good friends in the government. Regan's firing of the whole air traffic controllers union was just the 'kill' signal to the business world.

Card check is needed because those so-called 'elections' that the government 'supervises' are a fraud. Organizers get fired, sympathizers get fired or deported or intimidated, money and threats suddenly appear - it is a 'stacked' election. The government never prosecutes business misbehavior, because, as in nearly every other agency, the government represents business, not the workers. Polls indicate the majority of workers could join unions if they could.

The laws are written by the ruling powers, and the rule against card check elections was passed in the 60s. Just like "In God We Trust" was put on the money in the 50s. It is no coincidence that union membership started declining after that. And the average standard of living of the working class started declining parallel to that development.

An Obama supporter arguing against a rule to make unions easier to organize again? What a joke! Why don't you join the Republicans? They hate unions too.
