Return broadcast station ownership to the 1970 limits. Limit the number of cable networks one entity can own. While you're at it, break up megacorporate entities that own both broadcasting and content production like Disney, Fox, Viacom and GE.
Forget slitting Karl Rove's throat and the other graphic details that obviously drunken schmoe recorded here. Give communications media back to the public, who really owns it.
(Come to think of it, the throat-slitting-and-whatever should be reserved for Elephantman, that Republican troll who's filled Salon with right-wing talking points, who will start doing so once again, sniping at Obama, blacks and other people he hates, just as soon as he recovers.)
