You're right, Open Your Eyes, Obama is hypnotizing people. And when he becomes president, he is going to make the entire nation cluck like a chicken! Bawk bawk!
I also think Obama is a horrible person. You know why? Because he said people should take some time off from work or school to vote or to volunteer. That is positively anti-American, to make special arrangements for something you care about. In the old days people didn't take time off, and they could start working in factories as young as age 5.
My oh my, this is terrible. What will become of this great nation if we have such a horrible person in the White House? It's going to be a rough ride to go from the great George W. Bush to this awful Obama fellow!
Thank you, Ms. Traister, for putting a final exclamation point on the face of Obama's racism and the negative liberal bias of this campaign. Without any doubt you and your liberal MSM colleagues have made a travesty of objective journalism in this campaign. By the way, you have no idea of fearmongering unless you have covered an Obama rally in a predominantly black neighborhood. Thanks for the ugly memories.
In a few days either Obama or McCain will phone the other to congratulate him and pledge full support to the New President. It is true Patriotism.
I believe that one real proof of being a "Country First" American is being able to pledge to respect, trust, and support whoever the newly elected President of our United States is from the day he is elected. I believe true "Country First" Americans will continue that support and will only soften or even withdraw it (as is our right as citizens) if over time and beyond the benefit of a doubt our President's performance leads us to honestly conclude that he is not worthy of our full support. Whether the next President is John McCain or Barack Obama, I pledge to fully support him from the moment he wins the Election.
I think it will greatly help America heal and move forward if more of us in our comments would include such a pledge to at least initially accept, respect, and support the next President of our United States of America even if we did not vote for Him.

LOL - great response
You're just and idiot.
McCain has offered NO solutions to the "war," economy, health care, jobs, improving infrastructure - nothing. He just spews lies about Obama. He has offered NO changes from Bush. You think Obama is tax and spend? Really? I suppose you'd rather have the wealthies people and coprorations get another tax break from McCain, the deficit to double AGAIN, get lied to about intelligence to get us into a "war." No? Well how about have your phone calls listened to? How about get snatched off the street and no one ever hears from you again while you're getting tortured and not allowed to speak to a lawyer, or how about your buddies in Halliburton and Blackwater wasting billions of taxpayer dollars, or how about just shitting on the constitution, where there are not three EQUAL branches, but a dictatorship. Because McCain agreed with Bush over 90% of the time and has offered NO POLICY changes whatsoever. Not to mention that his vice presidential candidate is an idiot and NOT qualified to be in charge of a bake sale. She is in no way, no way, no way qualified to be president or vice president - which she doesn't even know what that job entails.
Yes, I'm voting for Obama. And if you're not, you're an idiot.
Just "an" idiot.
And if anyone says they're just voting for Obama because they don't want to get attacked for their views...seriously? Coward. Stand up for what you believe in. If you're SO fucking proud of the man who's run one of the most dishonerable, vile, lying campaigns like McCain has, along with that genius Palin, say it loud and proud, don't be a pussy.
"Yeah, damn that Barney Frank. He somehow managed to make the Republican Bush Administration and a Republican Congress force big Republican contributors like Countrywide and Ameriquest make all of those bad loans between 2000 - 2007.
I wonder how he did that? Do you think Barney offered something to the closet case wing of the Republican Party, something they couldn't refuse? Like maybe a big fat juicy cock up the ass?"
Nah, he just hypnotized them.
We only need to look at the violence and the Media's lies and opression of the truth in Europe during the 1930's to realize that we are only one step from that point. When we turn our personal lives over to a one man and a one party rule, that controls our Education by paying for it, our Healthcare program for millions that is paid for and controlled by government, Welfare money from TAXES charged to those that work hard to succeed and are self supporting. Obama's plan is to split america into several groups of different faiths, Jews, Methodist, Catholics, Baptist, Pro-life, low income, and wealthy that will destroy each other while he sits back and waits for the right moment for him, Bill Ayers, Rev Wright, Polosi, and Reid to declare: Heil Obama, Heil Obama, Heil Obama, and then it'll be to late. WAKE UP AMERICA
"Yes. That is what he said, to a chorus of hopeful affirmation. Arlen Specter was openly -- in public, into a microphone -- crossing his fingers, and hoping for racism."
Last night, here in West Texas, I saw a Jeremiah Wright commercial aired twice by the Republicans. Since Texas is safe by anyone's polls for the McCain camp, I can only assume that if it's being aired here, then it's going to be played in swing states relentlessly over the next couple of days.
When the issue originally came up, Obama first said white people just didn't understand black churches. When Wright then held a news conference he had no choice but to sever ties with the radical preacher for his own political survival.
I can tell you, if you haven't seen the ad yet.... it's going to be very effective. Wright's screaming 'God **** America' while in the voice-over and print it's asking how Obama could have possibly sat in that church and had that man for a mentor for 20 years and not have stood up to it until he ran for president. (Not the exact wording, but you get the gist)
McCain gave Obama a free pass on Wright when the issue originally came up... or so he said. But this is where McCain's experience in politics trumps Obama's rhetoric. He simply saved it as a bomb to drop at the last minute. (It's a common Republican strategy, one which Bush used on McCain in their bitter primary in 2000, and then again in 2004 against Kerry, so he knows it well.)
What's more, it's a perfectly legitimate and indefensible issue. One which can't be glossed over by the press or labeled as unfair by liberals (Well, actually, I guess it could, but it wouldn't matter).
If Obama can't answer the charge quickly and effectively (which he was unable to the first time it came up) his marginal lead will vanish faster than you can say "Bradley Effect".
No, I don't think it's white racism you should concern yourself with Ms. Traister. It's your own candidate's racism which could lose him this election.
