A scary Halloween with Sarah Palin

In central Pennsylvania, the Republican base is afraid of Obama, and lost in fever dreams of a neo-Soviet nightmare. But it's all in God's hands.

    Getting around ...

Normally, I don't let others speak for me, but in this case it is much easier:

<<< Be afraid........ KILLER COMMIE TURNIPS are coming to make you marry a homosexual!!!! The right wing zipped past cartoonish and is apparently heading right for bull goose looney. >>>

Sorry, porsadgai. That's where they started from and where they have always been. If you got around more, or consumed a different media diet, you would see this nonsense every day.

<<< Rebecca. Assuming all goes reasonably well in the next four years, and Obama does meaningful things that improve our collective lot significantly, it'd be great to have you talk to these same sorts of people in two years, or four. I'd love to hear them eat their own words. Poor, ignorant Americans. If Obama does even half of what he wants to do, those people are going to be very, very confused. >>>

It's never happened before, had_enough, so why should it happen in the next few years? See the next post ---

<<< I love how if McCain wins it's the fulfillment of the Lord's will, but if Obama wins it's the Lord "allow[ing] us as humans to stumble and fall". It must be nice to have a belief system that explains every possible outcome in such a way to validate your own preconceptions.

    -- doctor dave >>>

And so it is, dave. So it is.
