Meet Sarah Palin's radical right-wing pals

Extremists Mark Chryson and Steve Stoll helped launch Palin's political career in Alaska, and in return had influence over policy. "Her door was open," says Chryson -- and still is.

The letters thread is now closed.

Finally it is out in the open, Sarah's traitorous affiliations...

I have seen and heard Palin's welcome address to the Alaskan Independece Party's Convention in 2008, on Thom Hartman's Radio show. This was weeks ago.I have emailed CBS News, NBC News, Rachel Maddow and Rhandi Rhodes trying to find out if they could put it out there and entice the mainstream Media to go after this story. We fought a civil war in the 1860's over the secession of the southern states, and I find it disgusting to think she has encouraged these RADICAL NUTS! I think a lot of other Americans would be disturbed by this too! Finally Rachel Maddow has had the fortitude to put it out there (on her TV show this evening). It is about time. Now will the Media do it's job, and run it to death like they have with all the crap McCain is putting out there about Obama? If he tells anymore lies his nose will be down to his feet. Thanks for letting me vent. I have been frustrated about this for a long time.

THIS STORY NEEDS LEGS

Come on guys this story is just what we need and the timing can't be more perfect! Lil Miss Palin is roaming around the nation calling for more information about Obama's associations, well I think she should get to explaining these association and in a hurry!

Youtube has more on this story, there are some of us that have heard about this, but most American voters do not know anything about it!Get the word out. Email it, put it on all the search engines, TELL SOMEBODY!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are able to get it on the main media, DO SO! I saw it on the Rachel Maddoz show, but it still needs stronger legs!

We have this unknown person that John McCain is trying to peddle on us with nothing but an introduction of lies and half truths! We voters need to know just who this person is instead of focusing on old news about Obama, news we have deeply covered. The fact that they have not come up with nothing new tell you Obama is the man we need.

Whose pals are worse?

Someone asked this question earlier. I guess you would have to first define pals.

Where as Obama was only 8yrs old when Ayers was a radical, and never welcomed him or supported his views of that time. He served on an board in which Ayers was a member. (30 years later)

Palin as Gov. actually attended a meeting of the AIG (in 08')and said they were an important part of Alaskan politics? WTF!! Now there's a PAL for ya.

I am an Independent voter ( last voted for Perot ) and I can clearly see that the McCain camp in clearly trying to make Obama look like something he is not. If they would have vetted Palin just 1% of which America has already vetted Obama, they just might have been in allot better shape than they are now.

Her mouth is moving but nothing is coming out

I do not understand how/why she would attack Obama on issues when their are a lot more bones in her own closet. One, she's under investigation for ethnics violation in her state, she's unaware of the policies in her own camp, and she complain about gotcha questions because shes not an intellectual caught like a moose in the headlights.

Now this is great reporting!

this is truly great reporting. Mike Ryoko would be proud of you. So much of what is going wrong right now has to be laid at the feet of the pampered and pompous modern press.

Not this and not you Max and Dave. This is honoring your profession.

You are to be congratulated and you have my thanks. Keep up the excellent work!!

PS Salon just made my favorites list. Thanks to Rachel on msnbc for giving you and this story the air it deserves.

David Letterman Was Right About Sarah Sneaking Around Alaska

The Establishment does not heart Sarah Palin

I wonder if Salon.com is aware of how it is being manipulated by the Washington-Wall Street establishment in its sophomoric and rabid attempt to render Sarah Palin harmless to Barack Obama's bid for the presidency. I have never in my life seen the kind of misogynistic vulgarity and sheer hatred aimed at a female candidate for political office, unless it was the way Hillary Clinton was reduced to wicked stepmother status by a similarly juvenile media. We all know that if Sarah Palin was a) pro-choice and b) a registered Democrat, nobody at salon.com would care about any of the endless "revelations", gotcha interviews, and God knows what other scraps your staff continually inflicts on us. You think is Palin is bad and Barack is good--we get it, ok? But the idea that Palin's connection to the AIP is more solid that Obama's to Ayers is just sheer partisan wishful thinking, and I did not see any ex-unabombers hosting fundraisers for her. But let's face it--Palin is scary to you because she was unexpected and unknown, and no one knew or knows if she can or will play the Washington game that BOTH parties and BOTH candidates have played for years. Marginalizing true challengers to the status quo like John Edwards and Ron Paul as extreme or fanatics is precisely what allows the Republicrats continued insulation from any true accountability to the voters. Good job.

A friend of mine is a tank commander in the US army.

I say let the retards up in Alaska with their Russian handguns try to fight the government. Do you know that an Abrams M1A2 is dead on against a moving target up to 2 miles away?

The question someone needs to ask Palin

Though I know it is difficult to get an interview with Palin or to otherwise catch her in a candid moment, I would nonetheless like to see someone, somehow ask the following question or a variant thereof:

Governor Palin, do you support the right of Alaska or any state to peacefully secede from the Union?

@Elwin9

Palin's church also had anti-semitic speakers. Wright has not lied about a war nor has he carried America to the brink of bankruptcy, and what problem has Farrakun brought to America?. The Black majority does not follow Farrakun, they may listen, but that's all. Obama cannot make Ayers repent, that's a personal choice. If Ayers was so dangerous then why is he serving as a professor of a university? Our problems is not Ayers, Farrakan, and Rev. Wright, but there are many more pressing problems then the above-mentioned. If the GOP really cared about America, then why would they attempt to put an in-experience novice like Palin in the highest office as toxic as the world stage is at this present time? Presently, we have more crucial elemnets facing America then Ayers, Wright, and Farrachan et. al. Since we have so many pressing and crucial elements facing this country, I certainly would want the pilot of the ship of state to be knowledegable and not a novice nor erratic persons at the helm. Division is another problems that America is presently facing, and a nation divided shall not stand. America's greatest problem will come from within, and this election is living proof.
