  Hilarious!

  It's hilarious to see so many men whacking away at Senator Clinton, and now, Palin, for being "mean" and "using old boys' until she's 'done with them." Say hello to Queen Elizabeth I. We've never had women as rulers, and it must freak out more voters than even a Black Man does. The stuff that was squeezed out of tubes of grease on Senator Clinton ran along these lines, too.

  There's no doubt in my mind that lots of men are threatened by women possibly ascending to the White House. A truly historic move would have been to have Senator Clinton nominated, because with her wins in red counties, she would have gotten Dems, some Independents, and some Republicans. Obama is now not getting any better than 3 of 10 Clinton supporters who refuses to budge his way. Then there are allegations that as many as 25% of Democrats have ill feelings about a Black Man as President. Same for Republicans who might consider voting for some one other than McCain.

  And there there are just going to be lots and lots of women who will not get hung up on differences between Palin's personal concerns, and what she's done, legilslatively, as governor, which ARE different. While Elizabeth I wouldn't be a hero to me, she was a highly effective Queen, and she has rightfully taken her role in history.

  American male pundits have a hard time with women.

  It shows, and it will only drive more women and others TO Palin, now that the Democrats have shown they would rather gut a sure winner, and for "effect."

  Obama will neeed to be a full 10% ahead of McCain to overcome these handicaps. That's not going to happen for him.
