    Santos L. halper

"If the yokels elect McCain then I pray for a total economic holocaust that will make the Great Depression look like the teacups at Disneyland. And/or a Second Civil War or Revolution. Either way I'm afraid we'll have to bleed the stupid out of American society to survive."

Don't worry, if the yokels elect McCain this country is finished. We borrowed a trillion dollars from the Chinese to be in Iraq, our miltary is worn down and stretched out while McCain and Palin want to start new wars with Iran and Russia. Our economy and financial markets are on the verge of a meltdown because of the grotesque lack of regulation that brought us the sub-prime mortgages catastrophe, while the yokels, genetically, culturally and perpetually ignorant, vote for him because he's "one of them" and Obama "isn't like us", and for Palin, with whom they'd like to go out and butcher some moose.
