    It's hard to sustain because the process blows itself up. There's nothing even remotely contradictory in the statement.

    It obvious to anybody but a nitwit but yourself that it is a contradiction.

    If it were "hard to sustain" it wouldn't be so easy to sustain that it blows up.

    You can't even understand the very simplest concepts. We're laughing at you.
