Where she was saved

The church where Sarah Palin grew up and was baptized preaches some of the most extreme religious views in the nation.

Another way to look at all this religious stuff

Sarah Palin's religious ideas probably are less twisted, kooky, and dangerous than the Republican Neo-Cons' lies and ideologies. VP Cheney and all his governing partners are deeply committed to conquest, torture, dungeons, oil, American myths, and "The Invisible Hand" of an unregulated Free Market.

They never change their beliefs or their approaches, even when they fail, even when they are proved wrong. Instead, they hunker down and act even more outrageously. The religious fundamentalists' approach fits right in with those Neo-Cons. Matter of fact, it's much easier to understand the fundamentalists, because they base everything on their concept of "The Lord," and they have a book where we can look up their motivations.

The Republicans are scarier. No logic. No consistent principles. No end in sight. No mercy. No justification.
