Why she's not just a bad choice, but dangerous

Her views are extreme and far away from the mainstream of America's heartland - she is against stem cell research (adding "scientist" to her rugged resume, apparently), she wishes to outlaw a woman's right to choose, and she would use the power of the state to tell you who you could marry, and who you could not. She complained, while mayor of her small town, about certain books on the town's library shelves, although she did nothing. But the request reveals either she was using the power of her office far beyond its mandate, or she was woefully unaware of the mandate she was given.

She is the Church Lady. And with Americans as silly, distracted and careless as they have become, I fear that one day she might become the Commander in Chief Lady.
