    Vetting

On the vetting of Sarah Palin, one can only conclude that Ms. Palin either withheld information concerning her daughter's pregnancy or the information was given to McCain who said, no problem, this information won't have a negative impact on our campaign or that Ms. Palin just became aware of the daughter's condition or it could very well be that McCain's handlers just made a unilateral decision with an eye towards promoting some political illusion. If the Governor intentionally withheld information, that doesn't speak well of her honesty. If McCain knew and said full speed ahead, that doesn't do much to build confidence in his judgment and political savvy. If Ms. Palin just found-out about the daughter's condition, then that might speak to her inability to multi task; running a family and having a major full time job. Then if McCain's promoters made the call, well there's that Cheney/bush thing again of who's in charge. None of these senarios serve to promote any sence of integrity in the McCain/Palin camp. Let us pray.
