If indeed McCain was aware of Bristol Palin's pregnancy, why did he continue with his selection of Sarah Palin as his running mate. More importantly, why did Sarah Palin accept the position. knowing her daughter is pregnant? Surely McCain/Palin realize how much more their decisions will have Bristol paying for a lack of judgement, so much more than women women who did the same. In putting here political career ahead of her daughter mean that Sarah Palin is a closeted feminazi? Apologies to those who find the use feminazi, I believe it's use the perjorative term here appropriate to point out the hypocrisy of many social conservatives. Countryfirst, McCain come out of the gate putting themselves first. I hope the "liberals" can come up with a way to keep shoving this into the face of McCain/Palin, without impacting Bristol Palin negatively too much.
