great night all in all. big suspense as hillary stepped to the plate... and she crushed it over the fence. still in the air.
i think the baseball analogy is best because in baseball you step up to the plate alone and... anything can happen.
my wife was supremely worried as hillery stepped up. there was a cut away shot of michelle obama looking pretty concerned. and then in the first lines hillary knocked all the suspense away and made a great speech. bless her heart, she really has grown to be something special.
it was a big speech and she made it look easy.
between her, kucinich, schweitzer, even mark warner, it was a big rally.
don't be distracted by fools, trolls, polls or the media. the convention is going really well, aiming for historic in many ways. the campaign is going well but it's a long haul. remember hillary quoting harriet tubman: keep going!
