    I don't know about the rest

    but Falhaar and AKA aren't "trolls." I may not agree with everything they say, but they seem willing to engage in intelligent debate with other posters like Hutman, who is always happy to spar civilly with just about anyone (and has far more patience than I ever do). The others may just be hold-my-hands-over-my-ears-and-stick-out-my-tongue types. Lalalalala, can't hear you, and you're a poopy-head.
