    Seriously. If you're gonna dredge up "plagiarism" charges (he forgot to properly cite a UK Labour Party leader's speech in what, 1987? The only time he didn't properly give credit was the one time the speech was videotaped.) Does that make the Keating Five scandal fair game? Same time period.
