    It's a trap

    Here is what is going to come out of the Democratic Convention.

    If either Clinton gives a great speech, the spin will be that he or she is trying to upstage Obama like Kennedy did to Carter in 1980, and is really just positioning herself for 2012.

    If the Clinton's give average speeches, the spin will be they aren't behind Obama and are really setting themselves up for 2012.

    See the commonality there?

    No matter what the Clintons or Clinton delegates do, the post convention story is going to be about them, and not about Obama.
