Lefties are very entertaining to read

First off, everyone has to acknowledge that the "debate" format was unique, effective and fair. It compared apples to apples for once. Why all you secular lefties are getting your panties in a bunch because Rick Warren moderated is typical religious bigotry since both candidates are avowed Christians. Did they not have a clue what they'd be in for? The debate revealed stark contrasts between the two candidates: McCain is certain of his positions and Obama is not. Lefties like to interpret that as McCain being too simplistic, which of course makes Obama more cerebral. I interpret Obama's nuanced responses as that of a typical politician that does not want to take a firm position on any controversial issue, lest there's a chance of alienating any potential votes. People on either side of an issue walk away not sure of where Obama stands, leaving open an interpretation that vaguely fits their position. I personally prefer a leader with conviction.
