    He wants to lead the country and he’s not curious?

    I find it hard to believe that McCain does not have even the slightest curiosity about this amazing thing called the Internet. But, oh, sorry, he does doesn’t he. He wants to make sure that people are not “exposed” to things he considers bad – could that include enlightenment?

    I wonder if he has light bulbs in his house – or does he think that new fangled things like that could give you sunburn, or even more concerning, people might read books at night.

    I’m sure some of George Bush’s antipathy to technology was mixed up with his religious beliefs. The more technology solves problems, e.g. stem cell research, the harder it is for fantasists to claim that some things are what their god intended.
