    Old, techologically ignorant, foolish.... but better than the alternative.

    Alas, the choice is between the proverbial rock and hard place...

    Yes, McCain is an old fool--too old and too foolish. Many of us would have laughed at the notion that we could ever vote for him. But times change.... In these times--times when the alternative is Barack Obama--both I and my 90 year old mother (a woman who, in almost 70 years of voting, has NEVER voted for a Republican), will hold our noses (cross our fingers) and pull the lever for old, foolish John McCain. Most of our friends--in both age groups--will do likewise.
