Would Obama prosecute the Bush administration for torture?

Obama's brain trust wants to form a commission on torture and call Bush officials as witnesses, but put off prosecutions -- if any -- till a second term.

    A lot will depend on who the AG is.

    I think Obama will give a good amount of leeway to his cabinet. If the AG comes to him and says "this cannot be left alone". Obama will let him loose. A different report will get a move on order.
