I heard Glenn Greenwald with Cass Sunstein. Greenwald put Sunstien on the ropes, and kept him there.

    A promising development, But...

I won't believe it until I see it. After all, Democrats are very busy running around, including Obama advisor Cass Sunstein, essentially saying that "political harmony" in Washington is more important than the rule of law, and pursuit of a Bush prosecution (or any members of his administration) would be blocked.

    -- vishnu13

The Greenwald/Sunstein faceoff on Democracy Now! was a shutout in favor of Glenn Greenwald. Sunstein had no answer for Greenwald's conclusively-supported history of Obama's going back on his assurances about telecom immunity. None. Sunstein appeared to not even know who Glenn Greenwald was, referring to him as "the caller." As if it were a call-in program and Glenn Greenwald just happened to be "A caller on line three from Brazil."

The gist of what Cass Sunstein had to say in defense of Obama was, 'We think that political reality dictated out current position. As for the rest, I'm not sure I can even speak for the campaign.'
