You say it yourselves. Democrats were complicit. There is potential for an investigation here about like there is potential for Obama to keep his word on FISA or potential for Dubya to be remembered by history as our greatest president. Ain't gonna happen.
I've woken up to a fact that has left me quite cynical and that fact is this: The current difference between Republicans and Democrats and their abuse of power in this age of "war on terror" is like the difference between the front and back sides of a dime. There will be no investigation.
