All together now

Obama and Clinton's choreographed love fest in Unity, N.H., went off without a glitch. But are Democrats singing the same tune?

    He doesn't need her

Contrary to conventional wisdom, Obama doesn't need Hillary. McCain is pro-life. Does anyone really think Hillary's supporters are going to stay home in November? Obama was endorsed by NARAL.

In any event, McCain has his own problems with the forces of Ron Paul, preparing to make noise at the Republican convention; and with Bob Barr, threatening to take just enough support from McCain to throw a Red state or two to Obaman.

In short, Obama does not need Hillary. But he not only sucked up to her this week, he absolutely rolled over for Pelosi and her cowardly House on the FISA bill.

Obama is run by Hillary and Pelosi. That's the lesson of this week. If this keeps up he loses my vote.
