Listen. I don't care if Barack Hussein Obama is a muslim.
I prefaced my comments saying that in America you can claim to be whatever you want to claim. If Barack wants to claim he's Irish, it will be accepted at face value. Hey, he probably has Irish ancestry for what I know.
I was discussing perceptions among muslims. And yes, there may be some that perceive him as muslim. Would you even admit to that?
I do have an issue with the way Obama has reacted to those "smears". Either he's ignorant of his own heritage or not being forthright.
I posted a comment on how one muslim still perceives Obama as muslim. He makes other statements like US is a dictatorship, etc. I'm not saying his view is valid on either aspect. I'm just showcasing an example of the perspective outside the US.
Obama doesn't even acknowledge there may be perspectives other than his. Only what is politically convenient for him. A ruthless politician succeeding in politics by pretending to renounce politics. Like the way he eliminated his oponents from the official ballot when he was running for the Illinois senate (disqualified signatures). He claims to be purer than politics while running the dirtiest of politics: The Chicago politics.
