Determined to defeat lawsuits over addiction, the casino industry is funding research at a Harvard-affiliated lab.

  • Cool! We can legalize ALL drugs now!

    If we accept the gambling industry's arguement...

    You see, we now know that addiction is not solely a result of the chemical or behavior of concern. It is a complex interaction between biological predisposition, the chemical or behavior itself, and the social and environmental factors. Since the chemical isn't SOLELY to blame, how can it be ilegal?
