And I hope is kind enough to let the rest of us in on the reason when she does concede.
'And why was she still being introduced as "a Democratic candidate for president," just after Obama was introduced to the same crowd as "the presumptive Democratic nominee"?'
It was political double-entendre that there's a secret plot to assassinate Obama in June.
(Note that's just a joke 'cause I personally find Hillary's motives so utterly unfathomable.)
Isn't that the hindu god who is the destroyer and the restorer, the great ascetic and the symbol of sensuality, the benevolent herdsman of souls and the wrathful avenger?
Was the double entendre intentional or merely serendipity?
Which one do you think really suits Hillary's vision of herself?
She is kind of hot, eh?

It's amazing to me how many people in the US will understand the reference...
I find it rather curious why so many Obamatons have the "a" word on their minds. Methinks thou doth PROJECT too much. I think he has a hell of a lot more to fear from you crazies than he does from Hillary or her supporters!
In Judaism, sitting shiva is a the weeklong mourning period after a death in which the family members of the deceased halt their activities of everyday life.
Speaking of death, I hope Terry McAuliffe is on suicide watch. These past few days, I was beginning to worry about his mental health.
I know both meanings.
I suspect that most who will know one of those meanings will also not know the other meaning.
That is wit and wordcraft or it is something above.
I don't think Hillary had any deep purpose in not conceding Tuesday night. No, I think she felt she and Bill were entitled to go back to the White House, and she could not yet adjust to the fact that neither the voters nor the super-delegates in enough quantity agreed with them. The Tuesday night non-concession speech was notable for its lack of grace and magnanimity. This is a spoiled woman. She is almost as egotistical as Antonin Scalia, and that is saying plenty.
I'm sure she spent a good deal of time today seeing if she and her smarty pants advisers like Terry McAuliffe could bring the super delegates back onto the reservation. Many forget that the Clintons almost ruined the party during their eight years of highly personal rule. However, the Congressional Democratic party has not.
Hillary can redeem herself by a graceful and sincere concession if she gets around to it this week. Sen. Obama's generous praise of her seems more and more considerably more than she deserves.
In the face of such self-aggrandising behavior, Obama will be a fool to put her on the ticket--unless he thinks he can't win without her. OK--he can put her on the ticket, and then put her into cold storage--like JFK did LBJ.
Now they're complaining she won't surrender her delegates immediately. They know how weak their candidate is.
The fun part starts now. Helping McCain defeat Barack Dukakis and humiliate his vulgar racist obnoxious fan club.
Many forget that the Clintons almost ruined the party during their eight years of highly personal rule.
When Barack Dukakis loses in November you Obamapaths will claim he did more to "save" the party while "the Clintons almost ruined" it.
That's how insane you are.
You still here? Will you still be playing the same tune when HRH tells you cease and desist this weekend?
I vote for politicians but I don't do what they tell me to do. Endorsements are meaningless.

I don't think we should underestimate the meaning of Hillary's AIPAC appearance. Her praise for Obama was unexpected and welcome. The first step towards binding-up the primary wounds and an important boost for Obama with Jewish voters. NO small thing, a real mitzvah (go look it up).
I haven't been a Hilary fan for awhile, although I played a role in getting the Sierra Club endorsement of her for the Senate in 2000. Some the DC Sierra types liked to play a two party game and her opponent Rick Fazio had a good environmental record for a Republican, which means so-so for anybody else.
Her biggest weakness to my eyes that she was really a regular Democrat who went for the power. It showed in her campaign.
But it's the regulars now who have told her its over. And she listened.
She is an able, talented woman. She still has much to give, just not as President -- or VP.

I take it you want roe wade overturned and the Bush tax cuts forever....
That is what you are saying.
So...If you are going to support McCain, just come out and say:
I am pro-life, support making the Bush tax cuts permanent, and I support keeping the occupation of Iraq going on for "as long as it takes"
Otherwise, please explain yourself.
Her biggest weakness to my eyes that she was really a regular Democrat who went for the power. It showed in her campaign.
What does that make Barack Dukakis? In his state senate race the "community organizer" was well funded and lawyered up enough by his corrupt Chicago machine to challenge the signature petitions of four poor Democratic opponents and have them all thrown out (challenging signatures for being printed and not written). All so Barry could run as the only candidate on the ballot and deprive voters of a choice.
Scum in any ethical person's book.
I take it you want roe wade overturned and the Bush tax cuts forever....
I'm good with abortion at the state level. I hate the Bush tax cuts but Barry's performance in foreign policy would be of greater national consequence and irreparable. His economic performance is an unknown but it would be a likely disaster too.
Barry is beholden to the anti-war Move On lefty left and too confident in his ability to persuade lunatic dictators with words. He would fail to act against Iran or anyone else.
