Barack Obama's epic win

The young senator makes history not only in terms of race, while a determined Hillary Clinton delays the inevitable a bit longer.

Obama more or less Clinton, and vice versa

Reading the letters section of salon as of late reminds me of the scene in The Life of Brian where the to different rebel factions (the peoples front of judea and the judean peoples front? I'm not sure) both attempt to kidnap the emperor's wife.

The two groups run into each other in the corridor outside her room and proceed to argue over who thought of the plan first. They proceed to kill each other in the ensuing argument. Classic Monty Python.

The republicans are laughing somewhere at how easily the democrats fell into the "divide and conquer" trap they set with the help of the MSM.

Neithier Obama or Clinton are progressives. They have virtually the same platforms. Clinton, McCain, and Obama all have stated they plan on increasing the defense budget. None of the three have a "real" exit strategy for Iraq, just a watered down version of the current occupation.

Of course McCain's batshit crazy, and so's anyone who would vote for him.

"I read that Obama was deemed not able to visit the Capitol because his background disqualifies him from getting security clearance and yet even though this is public knowledge he is still trying to run for president. "

I've read that Clintonistas are either the most gullible people on the face of the earth, or lying scum.
