I was quoting the words of the people who said the exact opposite of what you claimed they said.
That's not an ad hominem attack. That's calling out the facts. If you can't see that you're distorting their words with you interpretations, then that has to be called out. Again, that's not an ad hominem on you.... That's making clear that you're distorting words.
And, I'll be blunt. I'm not expecting you to change your mind on any of this. I wanted to make sure that anyone your summation of the words of Obama's campaign managers words was incorrect. How did I do this? I quoted the managers themselves.
I don't doubt for a second there will be people like you who won't vote for Obama. But this has nothing to do with Obama's campaign dismissing them -- at all.
You won't vote for Obama. Got it. Many people won't -- and it will be for a great many reasons. I understand that. It's an election. Some people will win, some will lose.
But your reasons, which include conclusions drawn from anger that let you completely reverse and re-interpret the statements of Obama campaign officials, seems the weakest of reasons.
