Viva Hillary Clinton!

Although she won Puerto Rico easily, Clinton seemed to be campaigning in an alternate reality, as hopes for the nomination slipped away.

    stackey-dackey

You ought to read Larry Johnson's post before speculating about it.

Further, I have never represented myself as a Democrat. I am far more liberal than most Democrats will ever be. I'd like to see drugs and prostitution legalized, health care single payer and universal, minority quotas for elected office, plan B and the "abortion pill" sold on the internet and churches taxed.

I've always considered myself an independent, although I can't remember ever voting for a Republican. The two party system is corrupt and rotten. I refuse to be a sheeple who blindly follows a party.

The Democratic party is just as culpable for the war, the lack of health care, the theocorporatocracy, and all the other things that are wrong. They should have started impeachment proceedings the instant they took control of the House again in 2006. They should have stopped all Iraq war funding immediately as well.

Even before 2006, the Democrats could have filibustered and brought the war to a stand still, but yet they have done nothing. They could have filibustered Bush's Supreme Court nominees as well. Even the minority party has power if they are willing to use it and take the political heat.

If it wasn't for Senator Dodd's valiant efforts, FISA and telecom immunity would have passed. Senator Dodd stood alone filibustering for twelve hours. Both Senator Obama and Senator Clinton were too busy campaigning to do the right thing and help him.

Senator Obama and Senator Clinton could still do the right thing even now. There is plenty of time before November for the repeal the Patriot Act or the closing of GITMO for example.

PS - Regarding the limo driver, he failed the polygraph which I did mention. I have no problem admitting when I am wrong, but I also have no problem searching out opposing views and take great interest in internet scuttlebutt as it frequently pans out.
