    There is no 'death-with-dignity' when a person has pandered to the racist and the stupid. I am so disgusted with her beer-swilling, behind the hand whispers reminding the ignorant nitwits in this country that Obama... hush hush... IS a black man, clearly Muslim - probably terrorist. Personally, I've moved from utter neutrality on the subject of Hillary - before her campaign began - and moved into the realm of hating her with the white hot intensity of 1000 suns. I never want to see her smug daughter or her pink nosed husband again, either.
