Hillary enters death-with-dignity phase

If she hasn't already quit, it's hard to envision Clinton continuing her unwinnable -- even with Florida and Michigan -- battle beyond June 4.

@MikeKC, the letter could have been deleted by mistake

it happens sometimes. i've had letters deleted (by Joan walsh and Glenn greenwald) but NEVER without an acknowledgement that they were doing so and why. they don't like doing it. but since deletions CAN happen, they DO, and if they DO, sometimes it's by error. send it again.

i read handlebar's article too, baby_boomerang and i also liked it, but it's BIG (4 pages) so i'll summarize it in three sentences for those who aren't going to read it.
Charles P. Pierce (who must be catholic) takes the persona of "cynic" who wishes to become convinced that obama can "bring america back". The best line (and one he himself liked so much he used three times) was "He was offering absolution without confession, without penance.", (see what i mean by catholic?). Then he says, at the very end, "Convince me. Convince me. Convince me.", (but before the cock crows?).
