  • Clinton Aid Bomb

    POSTED BY:RowdyTexas2

    Oh my God.

Three key Hillary Campaign people are caught on video calling Indiana people sh*t , and worthless white nig**rs.

This is going to hurt Hillary so much in Indiana, it is so much worse than the bitter comments of Obama.

You can see this video on dailykos.com and on drudge report.

Hillary is so going to sink on this one!!

    CAN THIS ACTUALLY BE TRUE?

  • Difference between trolls and Clinton suporters

It's very easy to differentiate between legitimate Clinton supporters and Limbaugh trolls who are here just to stir trouble and depress Democratic voting. Legitimate Clinton supporters don't use blatant racism when criticizing Obama, just to mention one difference. The trolls, who are racist at their core can't hide their racism even when acting as agents provocateurs. Some of my friends are Clinton supporters and they would neverl dream of using any kind of racist argument against Obama, let aone the KKK style of racism deployed by trolls like ShawnWM or proudTexasGirl. It's amazing that salon has allowed them to operate freely, bring down the level of this discussions to such lows and turn them into a joke.

  • Trolls make no sense.

If the New England Patriots who are suppose to be better then the Kansas City Chiefs allows the weaker team to win then whose fough is that. Not Kansas City! If the Celtics allow the sorry Atlanta Hawks to beat them it is the Celtics fought for not playing up to their level. But maybe the Celtics are the Patriots are not as good as everyone thought. Or sometimes certain teams just have the others number.

Hillary in the trolls eyes is more experienced, capable, white, smarter (did I say white) and electable then Barack. But somehow this upstart, dirty tactic using, empty suit, money stealing, race baiter named Barack Hussein Obama is still winning the game. Maybe Hill is not as good,or Obama is better then his opponents say or he just has her number. I would say that Hillary must not be as smart, electable, experienced or capable as the trolls pretend her to be. She is whiter. But in fact the trolls have made an arguement for Obama to face McCain. If Obama can out manuever the so called best candidate in the race he will do the same to McCain.

We know why the trolls want Hillary. Everyday they will play "I did not have sex with that women." They will bring up "filegate" "vast right wing conspiracy" "I'm not a stand by your woman cookie baker" and a host of other scandels such as saying "screw the rednecks."

An upset is in the making. "Down goes Hillary" Down Goes Hillary" The new heavyweight champ in the DNC is no longer Bill Clinton. It is Obama.

  • @HappyJack

I don't think we've seen such an unprincipled candidate in any presidential election in the nation's history.

You're kidding, right? I'm no Hillary fan, but that is one truly ridiculous accusation. Yikes!

  • Correction I meant to write "Fault"

    "Fault"

  • @pantanal

And what about the Obama trolls? The ones that call Clinton supporters insulting rude names and insist that Clinton supporters ARE ALL racist?

Or are you conveniently blind to that?

  • "It seems like only the Clinton supporters get accused of being trolls."

Why do you assume that people who attack Obama are Clinton supporters? These folks are relying on that dualistic point of view to drive wedges between progressives.

Admittedly, however, I have not read a single post by ShawnWN, cythera or anyone with TX, Tex or Texas in their username for several months (except by accident), so maybe they have changed their schtick. I sincerely doubt it, though.

We did have some Republican trolls pretending to be for Obama for a while, but that has fallen off quite a bit. There are a few alleged Obama supporters who are borderline trollish, but I have stopped calling them out because I don't read them either. When I respond to posts about trolls, I am responding to people who have fed them; I don't read the original posts at all. Very convenient, really. There are so many people on my ignore list, and so many are prolific, that I get through the comments much faster these days - and without high blood pressure.

The downside is that we have lost some really good people, like orbitboy and Slackie Onassis, because Salon does almost no troll control.

  • Come on DamnThat

Damn just go back and look at the first post. Shawn and Cynthera start the conversation by throwing verbal bombs. If they dish the shit they have to take it.

  • nevermind clip posted earlier

It's going around the internet..but it's old and therefore not relevant..apologies

  • What North Carolina shows

The polls in North Carolina coupled with Bill Clinton's intense campaigning, to me, indicates that Obama will win North Carolina by about 7-9%. About a third of North Carolina Democrats are African American, and that demographic is consistently going about 90% for Obama. This means that no matter what the candidates do, Obama is going to win 29-30% of the Democratic vote. The more interesting question for the national election is how the remaining two-thirds of North Carolina Democrats vote. If Obama WINS North Carolina by 7%, he will have LOST the other than African-American vote by 25% (I assume a 47-54 Obama win, with 27% of Obama's win coming from African-Americans, and 27% of 70% coming from everyone else) -- Clinton will have WON the other than African-American vote by more than 25% (63% for Clinton and 37% for Obama). If Clinton wins North Carolina by just 1% (a very unlikely outcome), she will have won the other than African-American vote by more than 35%). I'm not saying anything negative about the African-American vote -- its just a fact that it's a demographic that, unlike any other demographic, votes over 90% for one candidate, and its a demographic that is mostly Democratic. Consequently, the Democratic primary gives a huge importance to this demographic, that it will not have in the general election. Super delegates should (and I'm sure will) consider this fact in making their decisions.

  • Superdelegate Rules.....

Are Democratic Party Superdelegates required to cast a vote for Obama or Clinton? Can a Democratic party Superdelegate simply abstain from voting at the Democratic Party convention in the Fall in an attempt to avoid offending voters/candidates
