In response to the 5 failures post....
These are the issues that define Clinton's policy legacy?
1) NAFTA
2) Welfare to Work
3) Total abject failure on health care reform
4) Near-total inaction on education reform
Wow, I thought the Democratic Party was the glass half-full crowd. Seriously, this shows not much impartiality. After brushing aside the monumental strides of balancing a 4 trillion dollar deficit.
I concede #1 as a mistake. The rest of your points can be summarized with a great big, "hello, Republican congress that goes into work stoppage if we don't get our way!" Clinton compromised on moderate issues to win on passionate issues.
To borrow a football euphemism, his defense was of the "bend don't break" style on moderate issues. He spiked touchdowns on balancing and distributing the budget for established liberal ideas. His education reform put me through college. Yep, he sure sucked hard...

@mumble
I gave Clinton the strong economy ( although the U.S. economy is hardly shaped by one individual in the White House). Yes, his handling of the deficit was excellent.
Sorry, but the rest of your critique is a total cop-out. Clinton coulda-shoulda-woulda done all of those other things differently. His wife says so now. Big whoop. Where was that staunch leader of the working poor when he was needed and could have done some good? Where was the tough lady then?
Are you kidding me people? These are fair and legit complaints. This is not about alleged experience or lies or half-truths. This is the record of the Clintons. You can't blame Congress (although they share blame) for not getting stuff done and then turn around and suggest that these people should be back in the White House. Bill Clinton was the POTUS. That means something. Look at how effective (and by that I mean destructive) Bush has been at beating down the opposition when most know he is wrong. That's a leader. A moron and a liar, but a leader all the same.

America is saturated with the antics of the Serial Groper.
Observing Bill Clinton's almost daily petulant temper tantrums when an audience member expresses support for the Obama candidacy suggests that Slick is very close to loosing it. The "serial groper" is unable to accept the fact that he's trying to peddle a defective product; i.e. the Serial Enabler, Hillary. This is a woman who hasn't managed so much as a corner vegetable stand, or for that matter her own marriage; but, of course you could count Whitewater, and her tenure as "Madam" for Bill's White House Brothel. So what possibly is there that qualifies Bill's official "Bimbo Containment Chief" for the Presidency? Further, Hillary's increasingly frequent crying jags raises a legitimate concern about her mental stability. But, having meticulously planned their coveted return to the White House for several years now, the Clintons will certainly not exit the scene with grace or dignity. This is the political duo that honed "The Politics Of Personal Destruction" into an artform; and, most certainly will not tolerate, who is in their mind, the "upstart Obama" to derail Hillary's pre-choreographed coronation. BILL CLINTON and his golden oldies...
When the former PRESIDENT constantly appears as a surrogate for HIS 'pretend-wife' and refers to me - ME - JUST ME - as enduring OBAMA's supposed 'playing the race card' and attempts to hornswoggle PENNSYLVANIANS by bringing up HIS office in HARLEM, NY where HE says "HILLARY won HARLEM you know..."[without bringing up that OBAMA got 0 nada, nunca, sero votes not a single solitary vote in HARLEM for gosh sakes - showing the 'depths' of this campaigns outright theft/shenanigans!] and then former PRESIDENT WILLIAM JEFFERSON CLINTON states/adds:" I don't have to take this SH^T..." - we get why some are referring to HIM as an old golden D^CKHEAD!!!
