You know, for the life of me I can't believe she didn't do that. She's painted herself into a corner now. She's brazen enough to try after relentlessly attacking him, but she's lost the moment.
I think she didn't do it because she fundamentally didn't get what he was saying. She lies effortlessly. She changes personalities almost daily. Running for the Senate in New York she advocated gun legislation. Running for President in Pennsylvania she's huntin' and shootin'. When she shows concern there is an icy hollowness. The woman has no soul. It never occured to her that Obama was right. She doesn't get that people ARE bitter and they're really hurting and scared. To her the condition is a resource to use to achieve her own goals. She doesn't get it. That's her failing.
