Obama has charisma
and during a primary campaign, when you get to press the flesh with a small subset of the voting population, that goes a long way. I'm not surprised that PA is getting closer.
I do not think that an Obama win in PA will cause Clinton to drop out, though. This is her one and only chance to be president, and she will keep trying until he is introduced as the candidate at the convention.
