  • Obama Wins Texas

    Note WES, Barack goes to the Democratic Convention with more Texas delegates than Hillary.

    For a long time Texas was a 100% caucus state. It now assigns 2/3 of its convention delegates with a primary (held March 4, 2008) and 1/3 with a caucus. It takes 2025 delegates to win the nomination and in the only count that matters for the nomination, the number of delegates, Obama takes Texas.

    You can't ignore Texas, WES. It is a mighty BIG STATE.
