  • Terrorist - YES!

Briana Waters is a terrorist. Those who think she is not a terrorist just because no one was killed should consider this scenario: If someone burned down your home while no one was home, would you want police to ignore the crime just because no one was killed? Also, fire responders put their lives on the line fighting fires set by these terrorists. Are Briana's sympathizers discounting the safety and lives of the brave fireman and police who are forced to respond and react to blantant terrorist activities like this? The definition of terrorism is "The calculated use of unlawful violence or threat of unlawful violence to inculcate fear; intended to coerce or to intimidate governments or societies in the pursuit of goals that are generally political, religious, or ideological." Sounds like this fits.
