I agree with Warrior Dowager..
'Men are afraid of women and dislike smart women.' Just watch Keith Olbermann, Chris Matthews, or Tim Russert these days. And these were all people I USED TO like. Wow, those guys really turned out to be a bunch of douchebags. It's like the 'He-Man Women Haters' club from 'The Little Rascals'. "Darla wants to run for what?????"
People with Clinton 'fatigue' better get a grip. Oh...you want a 'change' because you already had a Clinton? I hope everybody knows that we're not holding an election for a new set of living room furniture, or maybe we should have one of those too.
Somebody please fill me in here again. Hillary is hated for what? Some shady deals in the past that were investigated with inconclusive results AND she's a woman? What did the Clinton's do that was SO bad for America in the 90s?. Did I live on another planet or were things not going real well back then?

Alternatively...
The GOP won't have any fun at all with a two-bit race-baiting crook with a long history of associations with Syrians, Iranians and domestic terrorists ranging from the black version of the KKK at the church pulpit and liberation army types , a 90% absentee record on an incompleted singled Senate term, and who was, less than four years ago, voting on such heavy-duty stuff as parking violations in Chicago and arm-twisting hospitals to give his wife a big raise in exchange for public funds.
Yeah, noooooooooooooo problem.

A little late.
Coming up next: The GOP attack plan for Mike Gravel.
What, you won't be covering all the failed Democratic candidates? Just Clinton?
Ok, well, it's your website, I guess.

Need to get Bill out of the picture.
Bill Clinton left the White House with his popularity intact, even after his antagonists tried -- and failed, resoundingly -- to remove him from office.
It seems to me that while Clinton did indeed serve for 8 years he effectively lost the election for Al Gore in 2000, and effectively gave Bush the incumbent boost in 2004.
I like Hillary Clinton and will vote for her in November if she is the candidate. I don't say that in a "hold my nose" sort of way.
My problem with her campaign is that Bill is so central to it. I had to unsubscribe from her mailing list because everything I was getting was FROM Bill Clinton. I simply don't want to hear from him.
I think the attack plan would simply be to watch when Bill comes to the surface and call attention to him. Post 1998, the GOP has proven that they can't oust him from office, but they can beat "him" in a general election... all they have to do is make people feel like he's running.

The GOP attack plan for Frau Klinton ??? - - Dat's a No-Brainer
They're just g'wona sit her up there on that bobbing stool seat over the tub of water and chuck balls at her & the gong bell for weeks leading up to the election.
She'll be all made up in her floppy Clown outfit with big Weepy cosmetic tears painted down her cheeks to draw the weepy sympathy voters to her losing cause. {did anybody notice that Frau Klinton looks exactly, precisely what a Clown without makeup looks like?).
And who will forget the historical "comeback night" when the Frau went up to New Hampshire on Primary Eve balling her eyes out because the Meanies in Iowa - - - hurt her feelings ! ! !
Can anyone imagine her getting drilled & sitting in a chair before the Russian, Chinese or Iranian Meanies ? ?
and barry obama ? ? Egads ! ! --- the young twit has a green resume that hardly qualifies him to head the Department of Commerce.
Where does the Democrat Party come up with these Loozers ? ?
For 30 years the Party leaders could have drafted Ralph Nader, a man who has always fought for the values of the common people against special interest money in Washington (precisely why the Democrat Party leadership have tried to silence him --- he's not one who will be controled by puppet stings -- which is how McCain got the Elephanticket).
His knowledge and command of the issues place him in the forefront of political discourse. Nader truly advocated a No-show in Iraq while Obama & Klinton were blubbering out of the sides of their mouths --- He engineered the Freedom of Information Act nearly singlehandedly --- His resume is very very long --- and can be found at www.votenader.org site.
His book (2007) "The Seventeen Traditions" shows what seperates him from the 2 Clowns now heading the race.
The Democrat's only chance in November will be a Draft Nader vote in Denver.
It's clear by now that either Klinton or Obama will get their faces creamed by McCain on election day. He is an annapolis student who studied Lao Tsu & Claustewitz and understands that ALL elections have been decided by who controls the center.
A McCain-Rice ticket will beat the blistered Obamans or Klintonians --- that much is klear to any with Eyes to See.

The Tonya Harding option
Well I doubt that but she would try the Tonya Harding option but she or Obama could certainly do the Lieberman option, the Nightmare scenario for both parties. I write that just to move the subject along because the media has nothing new to say and I'm tired of reading the same old drivel.

@ sunspot
Hear, hear.
Well said.
As soon as Clinton conceded that John McCain had the experience requisite to be commander-in-chief it was clear she'd never beat him, which I had suspected anyway.
Perhaps I'm wrong, but it seemed to me at the time that if her strategy was to "go toe to toe" with McCain on national security, she'd never win.
The only way to beat McCain is to change the terms of the debate, not to try to convince people that your member is as large as his.
It's not about posturing and fear-mongering and once Clinton put that 3am nonsense on the table as a serious issue, I wondered under what scenario she could win a contest of dueling 3am ads against a senior citizen white male war hero.
Such a blunderous, myopic and self-destructive strategy.
Does anyone believe that any voter looking for a hawk will choose Clinton over McCain?
Really, does anyone believe that?
