    I agree that this contest seems to be stuck to the party's own disadvantage, but the lengthy horse race does keep the public's interest alive, which may serve the party in the longer term. People eagerly attending events for both Clinton and Obama, asking detailed questions about the economy, health care, and Iraq will be harder to fool when the Republican attack machine kicks in this September.
