    I don't think that anyone with a short fuze should be answering red phones in the White House at 3 AM. There is a box with buttons you know. I'd go for Obama, he'd probably ask, "What do you think we should do?" If the issue is complex, hurried, and unexpected, "Come here at once".

    Hillary ? Who knows ? I would not trust her.
