Hillary at twilight

Was her campaign stop in an Ohio town called Hanging Rock a metaphor -- or a symbol of dogged defiance?

@ JL....I wasn't making an "all or nothing" argument

What about this young man? Would you say he's thinking magically, or is he in denial?

What I said was "...so many 'smart' people buy and believe every single thing...", not "every 'smart' person...". I have seen and heard far too many comments from Obama's followers that fall into this category. Are there individuals who have clearly done their homework? Yes. And I also freely admit that there are Clinton supporters who are ignorant of her experience, mistakes and policies, as well.

Does this clear it up?

@hakim kutta: The Shieks

I don't know Hakim, I think independent of Hillary or Obama, we need to re-evaluate our relationship with the Shieks, particularly Saudi Arabia. The Bush family relationship to the house of Saud hasn't exactly worked out for us. I know the US has had a relationship going back to FDR and Aramco, but I don't think we really understood the relationship between the Saudis and Wahabism. Most People still don't. Maybe we can work with the UAE or Qatar, maybe not. Lots of people fault Jimmy Carter for being a micro-manager of a president, but he was dead on about energy independence.
