Hillary at twilight

Was her campaign stop in an Ohio town called Hanging Rock a metaphor -- or a symbol of dogged defiance?

    Whoa

You are acting as if this is her political doom. I doubt it. She will return to the Senate and possibly become Senate Majority Leader, a job for which she is hugely suited given her ability to work with Republicans and her excellent grasp of issues. She will shine at that job and she will be able to pass a lot of legislation that matters to her and the rest of us.

She is not going to hide under a rock and she is playing her cards brilliantly. If Obama wins the Presidency, and he probably will given McCain's negatives, he will need her cooperation. She will be in a very, very strong position.

She has been a wonderful Senator for my state and I am proud of her.
