Clinton gets her party started

Wins in Massachusetts, California and other big states, plus an uncommonly good speech by their candidate, made a New York Super Tuesday crowd very happy.

NOWHERE did I say that HRC can't win in the general election

What I am saying is that she will have to switch gears running against McCain since she can't honestly say she has more experience than him. It's just not true, it's been her big calling card, and she'll need something else this fall. It can't be Iraq or immigration, because he'll trump her in both cases. It has to be the economy---she better come up with something dynamite soon.

Another concern for me is that while the Dem race is great and exciting and good for those of us who want a choice, it is going to go on for quite a bit longer. In that time, McCain will start running for the fall, building a war chest, and enjoying the dog fight. Whoever wins will have to hit the ground running big time. And they're both pretty damn tired right now.
