Bullshit. Those pussies are so petrified of her they want no part of her as the candidate. If she is then they could lose to her, as they've lost to the Clintons for 25 years.
Well done. Thanks.
Not exactly news.
To paraphrase Joe Biden, the issues section of Obama's website is a noun, a verb and Obama.
If you were too dozy to do your own research, I wasn't going to bother but still you proably need an answer. Obama's friend is/was Keith Kakugwaya (aka Ray). If you're really keen to find out, there are ways and means for a lawyer. Keith is from Honolulu but came to mainland America. He was in a bad way last year, having left prison, but he might have pulled himself together now. You could use your lawyerly skills to find out. I'm too busy baking an apple-pie.
That they can have their choice right now--Hillary as the democratic candidate with a 45 percent chance of winning in November, or Obama as a 55, they will take Obama just to make sure Hillary is out.
The republicans cannot function with a Clinton in their face.
They are incapable of going after Hillary rationally.
We have the possibility, broached on a recent Hannity & Colmes, of Coulter voting for and supporting Hillary if it's McCain. Now that's juicy.
Since the Dems pride themselves on being a collection of incongruous minorities and agendas often at conflict with one another, just lie and tell each group whatever it is they want to hear.
Numerous republican friends have already come by to tell me they crossed over to my party to vote against Hillary.
I will feel sorry for her and many of her supporters. Their hearts are in this thing, it is deeply important to many of them, and I don't celebrate dispair. I will make a special exemption to that rule for Joan Walsh, who will have sold her journalistic standards and the journalistic standards of this publication down a river, all for naught. That's called poetic justice, and as with any justice, it feels good.
Who's never actually been president compared to George W McFuckTard, who has. My Democratic vote will be meaningless where I live but I would vote for a lump of shit on a 2x4 before I voted for a Republican.
Any intelligent democrat with a sense of humor would want to present her to them in November. Maybe we could have her pop out of a huge cake to give the victory speech.
Can teach her a few licks on the Sax, and she can wear sunglasses and play at the celebration parties.
Hillary not being our nominee is the big victory to these clods. More so than any other possibility now or in November.
You so crazy....and funny
Some of you Obama supporters must not have much political experience. Have you any idea what the media will do to twist the words of "refreshing and honest" politicians (oxmoron really)
You probably believe that it is possible to run a 'clean' campaign. Dirty politics has been part and parcel of the American landscape in EVERY campaign for President for over 250 years. Since John Adams. History is full of 'dirty tricks' from both (all) parties since politics began. I am sorry to disillusion you on this score but to expect any campaign to not involve negative campaigning, misquotes, smears and yes downright lies from both sides is to be naive.
Yes, Virginia, its is all about the WINNING. If you don't win, you have no power to make changes therefore, WINNING comes first.
Even JFK knew that and used his own 'dirty tricks' to win his election. I'll bet Caroline and Teddy forgot to mention that. Why don't you ask them how many dead bodies voted for JFK in Chicago in 1960.
Obama, as good and inspirational as he is, he is not the second coming.
"Bullshit. Those pussies are so petrified of her they want no part of her as the candidate. If she is then they could lose to her, as they've lost to the Clintons for 25 years."
Um, for someone who "I assume" hates GW Bush, you sure do sound like him. Sure, "bring it on" sounded better and had less words but then he might have had more time.
Yes people are crossing over to the democrats to vote against Hillary. Not because they are afraid of her, because they hate her. And, when (and if) the time comes, republicans, independents, Southern democrats and a whole bunch of other folks are going to line up to vote against her again.
As far as this article goes, two points:
1. Of course Joan Walsh is biased. She is identifying with Hillary to the point where it is unreasonable to expect anything different. So be it. There are a lot of writers out there doing the same thing with Obama. Just do what I do and skim the article for anything of value.
2. Because the race is so close, California doesn't mean jack squat. Sure Hillary may get to turn the state her color on tim Russert's map. But, because THE DELEGATES ARE AWARDED PROPORTIONATELY Hillary will make little delegate headway in this state. Both candidates need to dominate in the states where they have huge leads to gobble up all the delegates they can.
This is what was missing from Joan's oh so fair and balanced story.
I suppose you're notorious for your limp jokes. Of course, it's only a woman that pops out of a cake, especially if she's "dishy". You'd want to be careful now or people of a certain age might start thinking of dear, departed Marilyn and the Kennedys and also JFK's "amour" with the gangster's moll, Judith. All this lionisation of the Kennedys is strictly for bird-brains who are allergic to facts.
Better looking than Marilyn.
The republicans are going down in November no matter what and they know it. They relish it really. Back to minority status and bitching up a storm instead of defending the indefensible--they are sick of that.
Their only consolation now can be that it isn't Hillary.
