We know he's a "hope monger," but the rest of Obama's unconventional message is elusive.

  • Hope is a fine thing

But, as my brigade commander is fond of saying, "Hope is not a method".

I'd really prefer to hear candidates proposing methods and plausible solutions.

  • Barack Obama is not messed into the real crime our joined dynasty in power has committed within last twenty years.

Barack Obama is not mixed with the real crimes, which our joined dynasty in power has committed within last twenty years.

He has sufficient money, clout, and other kinds of support of majority of American voters. He is the one, who could and would defeat Mrs. Clinton at nomination. This the necessary and the sufficient basis for his victory. So, he would win.

  • my letter to Obama

Re; Constitutional issues – signing statements, separation of powers, habeas corpus, privacy/wiretapping, torture, the role of Congress and the CIC regarding war powers, etc.

    Senator Obama,

As a former teacher of constitutional law I do not doubt that you have well grounded positions regarding the above constitutional issues. My concern is that you apparently have not made these issues a priority in your campaign, either in your personal appearances or on your website. I understand that many of these issues may be too arcane for the retail politics of primaries and caucuses but they are the foundation upon which you may frame all other responsibilities and powers as President.

President Bush has tested the limits of his Constitutional powers, apparently deciding which laws he deems to be constitutional regarding his role as Commander in Chief. Would you agree that his actions in this regard are questionable, or at least that constitutional scholars find his actions controversial? What actions would you take within the first year of your Presidency to address these issues? Where do you agree with President Bush on the prerogatives of the CIC and where do you disagree?

Thank you for your service to our country,

    'BobFred'
