I want you to drop everything right now, stop running for President, go into the middle of the Mojave Desert with nothing but the clothes on your back, and stay there for 40 days and forty nights.....I'll contact you when you get to the middle of the desert with further instructions,....and don't tell ANYONE what I've told you, or let ANYONE know where you will be,....this is a very important point, so don't forget,.....and remember, NOTHING but the clothes on your back,....no water, juice, soda,..or your favorite, koolaide,........you're still here??,....GO NOW!!!......

Rule by a higher power?
I'm glad to see the strength of Huckabee's convictions on global warming. I'm sure they're divinely found, much like the inspiration for George Bush's convictions on Iraq, stem cell research, and the abstinence education policy contributing to thousands of worldwide AIDS deaths. Yes, these tenets are compatible with the teachings of a religion that brought us everything from the crusades through to the creation of a modern army of pedophiles. Religion is the ultimate embodiment of irrefutable power, and it's demonstrably corrupt. One needs real conviction to see past that.
I look forward to a day that faith is not a prerequisite to run for the Presidency, nor even a characteristic that voters see as compatible with rational thought. Like "patriotism"-driven silence to executive power in wartime, those in power who presume to exercise the mandates of their god effectively silence dissention in our society. It's time to wake up to this tactic.

If'n the big guy says so....
As a global warming heretic who finds greater faith in Freeman Dyson than I do in Al Gore when it comes to climate (and only on climate; I do recognize Gore for his considerable talent and ability), I find Huckabee's (OK, he's a nice guy, but that's no reason to think a baptist minister should lead us)conversion to green for god to be just another reason why the IPCC approach to climate change is so wanting. It's relationship to knowledge has more to do with dogma than truth.

and God spoke to GWB and told him to go liberate iraq! of a million mostly innocent iraqis so far and counting yo liberate them of their musium's treasures their infastructure their oil and their $23 billion reserves!

they have of course to pay for all the above george did for them, hence the reason oil money goes to pay for the army amunision n equipment used to acheeve the above. see why God and the world loves bush's america so much! the god fearing bush followers from the "bible" belt voted for him in their millions once their god spoken to their george now of course musharaf has passed he use by date we are been prepaired by articles like it would a been much better uif america invaded pakistan instead of agfanistan n iraq!
get ready musharaf for a similar end to other of america's friends remember Norieca? Saddam? the shag of pershia? osama? the bin-ladden man trained by the elite british SAS n the school of the ameruca's in torture? remember the taliban where gueest of the us administration? till they asked too much for the pipeline to pass through their country?
