YOU just try pulling the "slowing down population" argument on a woman who feels entitled to have a(nother) child, and tell me how well you do. Oy.
Are you suggesting that she isn't entitled to her fertility? Or is the womb of every woman, in a bizarro world of population control advocates gone mad, now the business and ownership of everyone else? This is exactly why I despise the use of loaded terms such as "cancer" to describe human over-population, and why cooler heads have to prevail lest we end up with one child policies and forced sterilization a go-go. Its too fucking dangerous to start insinuating that female fertility is the problem, when it is really lack of education, economic opportunities, oppressive religious laws, and out and out misogyny that leaves women, many who do not want or want to delay birth, into the situations they end up in.
