After 9/11, Rudy wasn't a rescue worker -- he was a Yankee

    Well yes

    The Deutsche Bank building that burned was abandoned since 911 and wasn't demolished because of concerns about asbestos and toxic chemicals. Well doing nothing seems to have solved itself, in the end. I guess people can feel grateful that it was never dealt with. Who do we blame?
